Yes, all opening orders must be prepaid.
A credit hold means there is a payment past due on your account. Orders will still be accepted and processed, however, they will not go into production or ship until all past due amounts are settled.
The MATTEO normal credit term for wholesale accounts is net 30. For hospitality accounts, the term is 50% prepaid and 50% due upon receipt of goods.
